HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Whether you’re looking for a thoughtfully designed extension, a truly bespoke handcrafted kitchen or an individually designed and unique item of furniture, we would be delighted to be given the opportunity to deliver your dreams and aspirations.
We’ll hold an initial meeting at our showroom where we’ll discuss your ideas, show you examples of our bespoke kitchens and furniture and take you on a tour of our on-site workshop.
We can also arrange for you to visit the properties of our previous clients to see our work and talk to them about their experiences.
We do everything we can to reflect our client’s thoughts and ideas and translate them into a design, so we’ll continue to have meetings with you until you’re completely happy with the plans. We’ll discuss cost estimates and once we have the final design specification agreed we’ll give you a formal quote.
If you decide to go with us, together we can work up these ideas and finalise the details.
There’s lots to consider – style, sizes, colours, materials, appliances, lighting… the list can seem endless, but rest assured, we’ll guide you through this exciting time!
Working with your schedule, we’ll then book workshop time as well as provisional build and installation dates. (N.B. for full building projects as opposed to a kitchen build we’ll provide you with a project build programme so you can see day-by-day what we’ll be working on).
If you’ve already had plans drawn up for a building project we’d be more than happy to go through these with you to make sure that they will achieve all that you want and that they make the best of what your home has to offer.
We’ll also give you a transparent payment plan. Each project is as fully costed as possible thereby avoiding any unwelcome surprises. We pride ourselves on having no hidden extras.
